Program/Project Management
A professional service which provides the comprehensive direction of an entire construction undertaking. Our services are broader than other typical consultancies in that they encompass all development phases and are particularly well suited for clients planning multifaceted projects that require a larger and or more technically experienced staff than may exist in-house. As project managers, we identify each client’s unique goals, objectives and requirements to create a management plan which sets forth the performance criteria for all team members. We help select all professionals needed throughout the project and monitor all activities to assure conformance with the client’s goals. We feel it’s important for the client to participate in and approve all program/project manager efforts while always maintaining presence as a leader and team member.
Construction Management
Our services are designed to ensure a successful project plan that will focus on the present without losing sight of the future. The key to this strategy is our comprehensive pre-construction services. We can maintain continuous control with computerized systems for information flow, on-site operations, cost, schedules and cash flow. We summarize the project status in a monthly formal progress report that also covers problems and solutions.
Design Management
We like to foster creative freedom within the accepted boundaries of the project goals. Design management allows tremendous creativity yet insures the design proposals remain within cost and schedule parameters for the project.
Construction Consulting Services
Our services include but are not limited to preconstruction evaluations and recommendations, budget and schedules, bidding and awarding of contracts and monitoring the building process.
The keys to our preconstruction evaluation of systems design and components are the disciplines of value engineering and analysis. These procedures may actually raise performance criteria while assuring the client that the overall goals of quality, cost and schedule will be met, not compromised.
