One Lincoln Park.

Completion Date: Summer of 2008
Owner: EO, LLC.
Located at the corner of 20th Street and Welton Street in Denver, this new development is the first luxury high-rise condominium in downtown Denver in over 20 years. It is also the first to bring fiber telecommunications to the home. It is quickly becoming a permanent fixture of the Denver skyline sitting at 32-stories. It is made up of approximately 176 units covering 510,000 sq ft. One Lincoln Park includes an infinity edge pool deck, media center and retail space.

Fogata.

Estimated Completion Date: Fall 2010
Owner: Lionshead Inn, LLC.
Fogata is a luxury for-sale condominium project located in Lionshead Village of Vail, CO. It consists of 78 total units, 64 of which are whole ownership and 14 are fractional share units. It will be located at the current site of the Lionshead Inn. The project is approximately 315,000 sq ft., seven stories with amenities including lounges, restaurants, ski storage, indoor swimming pool, a courtyard with fire pits and hot tubs and an alpine lounge.

Houston Pavilions.

Completion Date: Fall 2008
Client: Houston Pavilions Limited Partnership
The Houston Pavilions is a 600,000 sq ft., mixed use project of open-air entertainment retail and a 12 story office building. The retail center will have a variety of entertainment, food and dry goods tenants such as House of Blues concert venue, Lucky Strike Lanes, McCormick & Schmick’s, Forever 21 and Books-a-Million.

Hyatt Convention Center Hotel.

Opened: Winter 2005
Client: Denver Convention Center Hotel Authority
A 1,250,000 sq ft., 37-story Convention Center Hotel adjacent to the new Colorado Convention Center, this hotel has 1,100 guest rooms, 60,000 sq ft. of conference space including two ballrooms and a full complement of specialty suites. Its four story sunlit atrium features escalators that offer stunning views of the mountains as does its guestrooms. The hotel’s contemporary Colorado architecture will be a constant reminder of its historic and interesting surroundings.

Denver Pavilions.

Opened: 1998
Client: Entertainment Development Group
The Denver Pavilions is an open-air, 350,000 sq ft., entertainment retail center in downtown Denver. Above the project, the center features a “Great Wall” spanning two city blocks announcing the name DENVER. Retail within the center includes a 15 screen United Artist Theatre, Nike Town, Hard Rock Café, Maggiano’s, Barnes & Noble and Lucky Strike Lanes.

24 Walnut.

Completed: Summer 2007
Owner: MacKenzie House, LLC.
A 29 unit, three story townhome complex, located at the corner of 24th Street and Walnut Street in the center of the Ballpark Historic District in Denver. The units include attached two car garages, fireplaces, spacious kitchens, skylights, balconies and roof top decks.

Heritage Banks (Now First Community Bank).

Locations in Erie, Longmont & Firestone
The banks are an average of 9,700 sq ft. each and are two story commercial buildings. Banking operations are conducted on the first floor while the second floor is leased as commercial office space.

One & Two Greenwood Plaza.

Owner: Greenwood Plaza Partners, LLC. and The Wells Partnership
A 250,000 sq ft., corporate office campus that is located in the Denver Tech Center. Distinctive to this project is the green reflective glass, five story atrium which connects two separate office buildings. The project employed state-of-the-art technology in its raised floor system to provide maximum flexibility to this high-tech user. This site includes both public and private areas for tenants and a water feature at the main entry.

Lakeshore Athletic Club

Owner: Lakeshore Broomfield Realty, LLC. Chicago, IL.
This dramatic building’s architecture is complemented with stone and stucco exterior finishes, which blend with the terrain and pallet of the Interlocken Development. The two story facility includes indoor and outdoor swimming pools, gymnasium, extensive fitness areas, luxurious spa and locker rooms along with conference facilities and a kitchen and deli. In addition, this unique complex features three roof top tennis courts.

Castle Creek Campus (Aspen Music Festival & School)
